Let me say this clearly:

There's nothing wrong with you

If relationships feel harder than they should...
If you keep abandoning yourself to keep the peace...
If you constantly overthink, overanalyze and overexplain...
If you keep wondering, "I'm a smart person, why can't I stop

abandoning myself?"

This isn't because you're broken.

It's because somewhere along the way, you stopped trusting yourself.

Stop overthinking, second-guessing yourself, and losing yourself in relationships. Learn practical tools to trust your mind, your body, and your own decisions.

SOME OF THE SIGNS YOU DON'T

TRUST YOURSELF YET

  • You replay conversations for hours.

  • You ask everyone what they think before deciding.

  • You ignore your intuition.

  • You apologize constantly.

  • You stay too long.

  • You can't tell if it's intuition or anxiety.

  • You abandon your needs to keep the peace.

IF YOU'RE NODDING YOUR HEAD,
YOU'RE NOT ALONE.

You've been holding a lot. Hand on heart and take a deep breath.

THE SELF-TRUST FRAMEOWRK

Awareness:

You can't change

what you don't notice.

This is learning to recognize thoughts, emotions, body sensations, triggers, patterns, protective behaviors.

Emotional Safety:

Your nervous system has

to feel safe before you

can trust yourself.

This is learning how to create steadiness within yourself so you don't have to panic every time uncertainty shows up.

Self Worth:

Adopting an

attitude of 'I matter'.

This addresses people pleasing, shame, perfectionism, self-compassion, receiving and self respect because your needs deserve to exist.

Inner Compass:

Knowing what's true for

you and honoring it.

This is all about wants vs shoulds, authenticity, values, intuition, purpose and meaning because now you know what you want.

Courageous Action:

Acting in alignment with

your inner compass.

The inner compass guides you to honor commitments to yourself, take healthy risks, say no and have behavioral experiments.

Embodied Practice:

Self-trust isn't something

you have; it's something

you practice.

This consists of daily rituals, habit formation, meditation, movement, reflection and consistency over perfection.

I learned how to stop the cycle long enough so I could get on a different path.

Laila, Wife and Mother

You've probably tried:

  • Reading the books

  • Listening to the podcasts

  • Doing the positive affirmations

  • Setting the boundaries

  • Going to the therapy sessions

Yet you still find yourself repeating the same patterns.

That's because insight alone doesn't create change.

Real change happens when your mind, nervous system, emotions, and behaviors begin working together.

Imagine if you could:

Saying no without spending the next three days feeling guilty.

Trust your own decisions.

Wake up feeling excited about your own life!

Knowing who you are regardless of who stays or leaves.

Hi! I'm Sadie.

For years, I watched intelligent, capable people doubt themselves, silence their needs, and look outside themselves for the answers they already carried within (me included). They weren't lacking insight or strength—they had simply lost trust in their own inner voice.

That's why I do this work.

I'm a self-trust coach and meditation teacher. I help folx rebuild their self-trust so they can create lives that feel grounded, authentic, and deeply their own.

My approach is different because lasting change isn't just about changing your thoughts. It's about understanding the connection between your mind, nervous system, emotions, beliefs, and body. By blending neuroscience, psychology, mindfulness, yoga, somatic practices, and years of coaching experience, I help women create change that goes beyond insight and becomes something they can actually live.

For more than a decade, I've guided thousands of students through yoga, meditation, workshops, retreats, and coaching, helping them develop greater emotional resilience, self-awareness, and inner stability. As someone who has suffered from addiction, I also know firsthand what it means to rebuild a life from the inside out.

My mission is simple: to help you cultivate unshakable self-trust so you can make decisions with confidence, build healthier relationships, and stop abandoning yourself in the process of trying to please everyone else.

Because when you trust yourself, everything changes.

Are we a good fit?

This is perfect for you if:

You're ready to stop losing yourself in relationships and start building a life you genuinely love.

You're tired of seeking validation from other people and want to trust yourself instead.

You've been through a divorce, breakup, or major life transition and aren't sure who you are anymore.

You want practical tools—not just motivation—to create lasting change.

You're willing to be honest with yourself and take consistent action.

You're committed to becoming the strongest, most authentic version of yourself.

You know deep down there's more for your life, and you're ready to find it.

This isn't quite right if:

You're unwilling to take action between sessions.

You want to spend our time hyper-analyzing your past instead of building your future.

You're looking for traditional therapy or trauma processing.

You're hoping for quick fixes without making meaningful changes.

You're not open to honest feedback or trying new ways of thinking.

You're looking for someone to tell you what decisions to make instead of learning to trust your own judgment.

You're expecting change without consistency or commitment.
